OUR STORY
ohana first, always.ALOHA MEANS FAMILY
THE ISLANDS OF HAWAII
ARE MANY CULTURES.
Our ohana — family — has served South Florida for over twenty years, and we look forward to serving you and your ohana.
OWNER & CHEF
It started in Syracuse, New York, where a teacher at OCM BOCES pointed him toward a kitchen and he never left. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence and has spent thirty years in baking and pastry since.
He has cooked for President Bill Clinton in Cranston, Rhode Island, and for a long list of names he is too polite to drop. He has competed in pastry in Las Vegas, New York, Georgia and Palm Beach. What he actually loves is chocolate, cakes, and cooking for friends and family — which is more or less what Aloha is.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Chef David has given back wherever he can, for as long as he has had a kitchen. Groundbreakings, fundraisers, literacy drives, soup kitchens, and a lot of cakes donated quietly. We lead by example and we take care of ohana — that is the whole idea.
OUT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
LETTERS PEOPLE SENT US
Bar mitzvahs, weddings, a literacy fundraiser, a club dinner. People keep writing, so we keep them.
